I know the PGEs that I want to use (Center-based math instruction, home-school communication with use of technology, differentiation and being a teacher-leader for my schools move to proficiency based grading) but I feel like I am just saying what I learned in my various PDs and why it was needed.is this enough?

You are showing an assessor how what you learned had direct or indirect impact on student learning. With respect to your PGEs, think first about the need (self, students, and/or professional community), then what you did to meet that need.
